It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear father Raymond on Aug 18th 2021 in his 92nd year at Hillcrest Village.
Loving husband of the late Beulah Windross.
Dearest father of Richard, Ronald and Cathy (Roger Reid).
Loving grandfather to Bailee Reid (Tom), Amy Lyons (Derrick), Tonya Cowan (Keith), Sonya Windross (Brandon).
Great- Grandfather to Alexis, Dominic, Mylie, Dean and Sam.
Brother-in-law of Bill and Diane Trew.
Uncle to Brad Trew (Terri) & Sandy Bumstead (Paul).
Dad worked for many years for Ontario Hydro.
Dad enjoyed fishing, making his wooden crafts, gardening, feeding and watching the birds and carpentry successfully building two homes.
Dad could fix anything, he was a jack of all trades and always willing to lend a hand when needed.
He loved his family unconditionally.
Dad was a great story teller. Telling mostly stories about his life experiences. Some were repeated due to his dementia, but always good to hear.
Thanks to Rodger Dads new found buddy & music partner at Hillcrest. Dad loved to sing and Rodger played music videos for him.
Dad would just start singing anywhere he was at Hillcrest. It was quite entertaining for all.

Dad was very special to us and we will miss him dearly everday.
