Peacefully passed away at the Georgian Bay General Hospital, on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at the age of 91.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Ronald. Cherished mother of Stephen (Darlene) and Robert. Loving grandmother Kaitlyn, Patrick, Gillian and Douglas and step grandmother of Elaine and Shawn. Will be missed by her great grandchildren Carter, Abigail, Edward, Eilidh, and step great-grandmother of Damian, Jessie, Trevor, Kayla, Leah, Andrew and Brian. Lea will be missed by her extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Ave. Midland, Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. A memorial mass will be held at St. Margaret's Catholic Church on Friday, June 23 at 9:30. Interment at St. Margaret's Cemetery to follow. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
