It is with our deepest sorrow to announce the passing of our beloved Uncle Bob Scott on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at the age of 85. Bob passed away peacefully with his nieces Karen, and Cathy Scott and one of his closet friends by his side at the Royal Victoria Hospital ICU Ward. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses for their amazing care.
He is predeceased by his beloved mother Mary (nee McConnell and father Harold Scott, both his brothers and sister-in-laws, Charlie (Anne) Scott, Don (Jean) Scott, and many friends and his beloved dogs. He will always be loved by his closest nieces Karen and Cathy Scott and great nephew Joshua O'Neill, his cousin Carol McConnell and family, and nieces and nephew Kim, Richard, and Leslie Scott.
Bob was born and raised in Midland. He lost his dad at the young age of 1 1/2 and his mother Mary dedicated her life to her 3 boys Charlie, Donald, and Robert (Bob). Bob enjoyed a full life and settled in Oro-Medonte with his dog Bear and his friend Bob.
Spring internment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held in the spring at the Coldwater Legion. Donations can be made to the Wye Marsh Wildlife and Conservation Centre.
