It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Toni in her 85th year at the Georgian Manor, Penetanguishene on Saturday, August 12, 2023.
Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Perkins for 63 years. Mother to two sons who sadly predeceased her, Michael William (1976) and Brian Kenneth (2020). Survived by her daughter Beverly Bald (Ken) and her granddaughter Shannyn. Cherished sister of Lorraine McNamara (Howard) and Pat Welsh-Diotte (Ron). Predeceased by her parents Lucien and Clarina (Beauchamp) Forget, brothers Philbert (Jeanne), Aurele (Ann), Montcalm (Liza), and sister Rita Hook (Elmer). Toni will be missed by her large extended family and her many friends.
A special thank you to all the staff at the Georgian Manor for all their kindness and care and for allowing Toni to pass away comfortably and with dignity.
In keeping with Toni’s wishes there will be a celebration of life on September 30, 2023 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at the Penetanguishene Legion, 2 Poyntz Street, Penetanguishene, ON. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Royal Canadian Legion in Toni’s name. Arrangements are entrusted to the Penetanguishene Funeral Home.
