Caralee Paterson

Feb 03, 1981 – Apr 02, 2023

Sadly, on April 02nd, 2023 Caralee Paterson passed away at the age of 42. Caralee was born in Toronto, ON. She was the beloved daughter to Bruce Paterson and Patricia Trussler, and loving sister to James Paterson. After moving North from Toronto, Caralee had spent her teenage years growing up in Midland, Ontario while attending Midland Secondary School. Following her graduation, Caralee returned to Toronto to pursue her dream to work in the Dental Field. Caralee successfully enrolled herself in Dental School while working full-time. Throughout this time Caralee was able to obtain her Diploma as a Level 2 Intra Oral Dental Assistant with Honours. During this time not only did Caralee fulfill her dream of being recognized in the Dental Profession, she also conquered and survived Cancer not once, but twice. Caralee also had a love for nature and animals (especially Humpback Whales). Although she never had the chance to see the Humpbacks in the wild, Caralee did get to swim with the Dolphins during her travels South, and was also able to be up-close with the Orca’s during her travels through British Columbia and Western Canada. Caralee also deeply loved her Cat Jack and Dog Harvey.

Caralee loved spending time with her Poppy Trussler. From trips to Wendy’s for Baconators, to taking him apple picking and visits to the Ripley’s Aquarium, they truly enjoyed their time together with an everlasting bond. Caralee enjoyed socializing with her friends and family, but also loved to take it easy at home while watching some of her favourite shows, or cooking. With an incredibly big heart, Caralee would go out of her way to help others. She was very generous and kind-hearted, Caralee will be remembered for having a smile that would light up a room. Caralee was the Granddaughter of Owen and Lola Trussler, and Ronald Paterson and Victoria (Paterson) Morgan. Predeceased by Owen Trussler, Victoria (Paterson) Morgan, Ronald Paterson. Caralee will be deeply missed by her many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and fondly remembered by her friends, co-workers and everyone else whose hearts she touched.
