It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Engelbert (Bert) Dixer on January 16 2024. At the Georgian Bay General hospital Midland Ont. In his 91st year.
He was predeased by his parents Elisabeth Lex Dixer and Ferdinand Slocker in Austria. Also predeased by his sister Erica Pell Gregory. He was also predeased by his wife Joan Wilda Atkinson. And his son John Dixer. Also will be missed by his daughter Wilda (Betty) King and Perry and by his grand children Sarah Blomme and Dave and Ryan King and Brianna, as well as his great grandchildren Sophia,Eli,Mackenzie,Brooks.
Also he’ll be remembered by his Very dear friend Barbra Lizotte, many nieces and nephews .also sister in law Karen Green and brother in law Bill Atkinson as well as (Randy Green,Barry and Shirley Bressette, ) deceased.
The family would like to thank the great care from the Villa on the Robin wing they gave dad.
