September 2, 1941 ~ May 14, 2021 (age 79)
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of David Robert Spencer on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Georgian Bay General Hospital in Midland Beloved husband of 39 years to Eileen. Loving father to Michael (Karen), Kevin (Linda) and Michelle (Rob). Devoted stepfather to Kevin (Betty) and Michael (Nanette). Cherished grandfather to Zachary, Noah, Jessie and Delaney, Brooke and Brendan, Stephanie and Caitlyn, Gregory and Kristen, Kyle and Courtney, Devin and Sean.
David was predeceased by his brother John and is survived by his sisters, Marylou and Jane. David will be deeply missed by his nieces, nephew and extended family and friends.
David was an active and proud member of the Masonic Karnak Lodge in Orillia. He had an amazing zest for all things in life and he will be remembered for his kindness, hearty laugh and his willingness to lend a hand.
A special thank you to the nursing staff at Georgian Bay General Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
