Police say Michael Arbour was located and arrested by Orillia OPP late Thursday afternoon. He is in custody while awaiting a bail hearing. Police thanked those in the community who assisted in the investigation.

Southern Georgian Bay OPP is looking for a man who may pose a risk to the public.
Police said in a post on Twitter they are looking to locate and apprehend Michael Arbour, 48, of Tiny Township. He is known to frequent Midland and Barrie.
“If seen please do not approach as there may be potential risk,” police said.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to call 911 or call OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
