Police have recovered a trailer and two snowmobiles that were stolen from a Midland industrial property recently.
At about 9 a.m. Jan. 12, Southern Georgian Bay OPP responded to a report of a theft of an enclosed trailer containing two Polaris snowmobiles valued at $44,000.
With the assistance of the OPP Muskoka Community Street Crime Unit, the Aurora and Highway 407 OPP detachments and York Regional Police, the stolen items were found and returned to the victim by 5:30 p.m. the same day.
