A 59-year-old Muskoka Lakes man is facing criminal charges after an incident at a Lake Rosseau marina became a viral video.
On July 21, Bracebridge OPP officers were called to the Pride Marine Group marina to investigate a "mischief" incident.
A video posted online shows a man in an excavator destroying one of the marina's primary buildings on the lakeshore.

The OPP confirmed in a media release that "there was significant damage" to the property.
As a result of their investigation, a 59-year-old male was charged, under the Criminal Code, with mischief over $5,000.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge at a later date to answer to this charge.
