PENETANGUISHENE – Members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded at 7:11 p.m., March 24, 2020 to a report of two persons fighting at a residence on Robert Street East in the Town of Penetanguishene.
OPP officers located the involved persons and after a brief investigation charged Ryan Daniel Milton, 34 years of Penetanguishene, with the following.
- Fail to comply with conditions of undertaking given by officer in charge Contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
Accused was released from police custody on a recognizance to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on June 18, 2020
