Passed away at home on Thursday May 19, 2022 at the age of 86. Loving partner of Sadie Cada. Beloved father of Guida Simoes, Humbert, and Marcia (Sergio) Vicente. Dear step father of Michael “Tony” (Brenda) Bianco.
Assis will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Alexander, Rita, Gustavo, Victoria (Mark), AJ also by his great granddaughter Delila. Friends will be received at Carson Funeral Homes – JH Lynn Chapel, 290 First Street, Midland (705) 526-6551 on Wednesday May 25, 2022 from 1pm-2pm, burial to follow at St. Margaret’s Catholic Cemetery.
