It’s with great sadness we announce the passing of Ruth Eleanor Sessions who passed away peacefully on her own terms in her 88th year. She recently moved into a Retirement Residence in Penetanguishene overlooking beautiful Georgian Bay. She just loved the water.
She is predeceased by her 5 siblings and their spouses Don & Joan, Pat and Don, Marion, Norma & Jack, Leslie and her precious daughter Heather and late husband Jake, her in-laws Pete/Betty and Noreen/Bob. She is survived by her son Adam and his wife Julie along with her eldest John and his fiancée Sylvia. Her 3 granddaughters Christine, Chandra, and Paysha will miss their grandma deeply.
Mom lived a full life putting others before herself. She loved her Bulldog Jake and was always in her bare feet. Her butter tarts and mincemeat pie we’re sinfully delicious.
We want to take time to thank the staff at the Bayfield House for all their help and support in mom’s new home.
