(Co-owner of MTN Communication Systems) Passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at the age of 40. He will be dearly missed by his loving daughters Mia and Ava Proulx, and their mother Tara Crompton. Cherished son of Mike and Nancy Proulx (nee Charlton). Dear brother of Tracy Good (David). Uncle of Troy and Jackson. Predeceased by grandparents Armand and Rita Proulx, Jack and Betty Charlton, and his beloved dog Mopar. Matthew will be sadly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. Also sadly missed by his close friends Travis Quinn, John and Curtis Playne, Darcy Brady, Todd Markham, Katie Peach and John Dawe.
