It is with great sadness that I and my sisters share with you that our father has passed away quietly and peacefully on March 10, 2021. He was in his 90th year.
We will always remember his tremendous strength of character, his sense of humour and love for family. He loved each of us in his own special way and was always there for us, good times and bad. A local teacher for 35 years, he influenced many generations of community members, many of whom still speak of him and his teaching style.
Along with mom, he taught us to work hard, love, be good people and never give up. We owe so much to this man. Husband to Marcelle (Bouley); Father to Jeanne, Martin, Therese and Denise; proud grandfather to Julie, Ryan, Tyler, Brandon, Connor and Sasha. Great Grandfather to AJ, Lillian, Noah and Ryver. He is survived by brothers Tom, Howard and sisters Therese and Rose. We love you and miss you Dad. We ask that donations be sent in his name to either GBGH Foundation or Cancer Care, Ontario both of whom played a large role in Dad’s comfort, survival and quality of life. Arrangements entrusted to the Penetanguishene Funeral Home.
