With great sadness, the family of Timothy John May (62) announces his passing away peacefully in his sleep on September 6, 2023. He joins his loving parents, Bruce and Sylvia, and many cherished pets and friends. He will be deeply missed by his children, Shealyn and Brayden, as well as friends and family collected throughout his lifetime in Midland.
Timothy, fondly known as Tim, was a loving friend and father, a skilled handyman and mechanic, with a passion for boating, camping, fixing up cars and garage sales. While Tim left us far too soon, he leaves behind many fond memories, life lessons, and hobbies and passions that will be continued on by his children and friends.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and his ashes will be interned at the family plot in Lakeview Cemetary, Midland, and scattered in Georgian Bay, his beloved boating home. A celebration of life will be held in the future; details to follow. If desired, memorial donations to the Georgian Bay General Hospital or the Canadian Diabetes Association (Diabetes Canada), would be appreciated. Visitation to the family plot to share love and memories with Tim is also welcomed.
