It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard’s only brother Ces (Celestin) Mailloux on January 7th,2023 after a brief illness. Ces was an essential part of our family and brought us so much joy with his presence at our celebrations, Christmases and family weddings. No occasion was complete without him and Joanne joining in and we will forever feel his loss. We gratefully remember his generosity, his warm and caring heart, how he played his guitar and honoured us with many hours of country music and Christmas carols and how he was always ready with a joke to add cheer and fun to every event. His friendly personality brightened the lives of many during his years running Mailloux Footwear and as a Real Estate Agent with Remax.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday February 4, 2023 at the Penetanguishene Legion from 1pm-4pm.
