Passed away peacefully at Hillcrest Village Care Centre on Wednesday August 11, 2021 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Maheu. Loving mother of Paul (Edna), Michael (Robert), Brian, Janine Bernard (Martin) and the late Andrew. Memere of 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Sister of Martin Forget, Michelle Forget, Maurice Forget and predeceased by Helen St. Amant, Raymond Forget "Pete", Andrew Forget "Buck" and special sister Tony Juneau (Bernadette). She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Penetanguishene Funeral Home on Friday August 13th. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, please call 705-549-3155 to reserve your visitation time slot. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Ann's Church on Saturday August 14th at 10 a.m. Seating is limited due to restrictions. Interment to follow, St. Ann's Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
