We lost a beautiful and brave woman, Anna Hajok, our "Mutti" and "Oma". Anna lived an extraordinary life, born in Germany in 1920, she survived World War II and sailed to Canada with two young children to start anew with her husband. Anna was at her happiest at the cottage in Gravenhurst, cooking wonderful meals and cakes, swimming, singing German songs and watching her grandchildren play.
She is preceded by her husband, Siegfried, and will be sadly missed by children (Angelica Hajok and Lori Moreau), grandchildren (Christian Hajok, Jennifer Houston, Tanya Gabourie and Amy Zahrebelny) and great grandchildren (Dan Doak, Madison Houston, Michael Houston, Thomas Zahrebelny and Connor Hajok). Rest in peace our "Mutti" and "Oma".
