It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Delmer Lloyd Gingrich at the age of 91.
Predeceased by his wife Evelyn (nee Davis) and son Neil.
Loving father to Karen (late Brian) Widdes and Heather (Andrew) Crawford.
Proud grandpa to Douglas (Crystal), Jason (Amanda), Ryan, Bradley (Fiancé Cherish), Stefanie and 7 great grandchildren.
Survived by his brother-in-laws Joseph Szentimrey, Glen Davis and sister-in-laws Fern (nee Leader) Gingrich, Donna (nee Davis) McFarlane and Marion (nee McCutcheon) Davis.
Delmer is predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Meryl
(Dyment) Gingrich, his sisters Jean, Donna, Doris, brother Derwyn, brother-in-law Jack McFarlane, Bruce Davis and sister-in-law Joan (nee Gill) Davis.
He will be lovingly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Our family would like to thank the staff at Hillcrest Village. A special recognition to the team on the Heritage Unit for the care, support and compassion he received during his stay.
Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held in the spring.
