Mellburne Barry Fielding - P.Eng, aged 89
Passed away peacefully on Monday morning, September 13th, 2021. Born and raised in Copper Cliff - Mellburne was very proud to be part of the Fielding family. Mellburne is now at rest with his devoted wife and soulmate of 62 years Yvonne ( nee Robinson ). Predeceased by his parents ( Frank & Florence Fielding ). He was a graduate of the University of Toronto and Queens University. He spent all of his professional life in the GTA working for the Ministry of the Environment. After retiring to Penetanguishene, Ontario - Mellburne and Yvonne both enjoyed travelling the world, visiting many Ontario Inns & Winery's. They also enjoyed sailing on Lake Ontario. Mellburne was an avid Fly-Fisherman and enjoyed many fishing excursions on the Grand River. Mellburne will be sadly missed, loved and respected by many relatives, friends, neighbours, nieces and nephews. He will be remembered for his love of his Wife, and his dedication to his many hobbies that he excelled at. Any donations can be made to the Salvation Army or the St. James Anglican Church in Penetanguishene, Ontario. Arrangements entrusted to the Penetanguishene Funeral Home.
