Keith Howard Fagan of Wyebridge, Ontario born 1936 passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021 after reaching the age of 85 years old. He fought a battle with an aggressive lung cancer for three weeks after diagnosis. He passed away peacefully at Georgian Bay General Hospital with his children by his side.  As a very young man he learned to work hard and became a roofer by trade. He shingled houses for sixty-four years. At the age of seventy-nine he was still roofing and carrying shingles up a ladder to stay busy, with his son Brian.  Everyone remembers him from his days of owning his own business and loving country music. He would have danced all night if he could have. His favourite hockey team was the Toronto Maple Leafs. He would never miss a game on tv. I (Debbie) remember the first Toronto Maple Leafs game he took me to. I was about fourteen years old.  Keith was a strong, proud and good man. Great father too. He is loved and will be missed by many!

He is preceded by parent’s Cecil Fagan and Florence Robinson; wife Dora Hanlon; brothers, Doug and Don (twins), John, Ken (his twin), and Murray Fagan; sisters, May Drysdale, and Dorothy Fagan.

Mr. Fagan is survived by children Brian Fagan, Debbie Fagan, and Michael Lediard (Evelyn), Grandchildren; James Durward (Brandy), Kelsey Durward (Blake), Sherrie Lediard, and Justin Lediard (Rebecca), Great Grandchildren; Nathaniel Durward, Alexander Durward, Jacob Durward, Cason Robertson, Peyton Fagan, Ryleigh Fagan-Nadon, Brooke Amato, Ryland Lediard, and Hudson Lediard, and many nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses on the two East Wing of the hospital. They provided invaluable care to our father.  A memorial will be held at the Wyebridge cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Georgian Bay General Hospital in memory of Keith Fagan will be gratefully appreciated.
