With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Patrick Dorion, who passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, March 11th, 2024 at the age of 85.
Beloved husband of 68 years to Anita. Loving father to William (Margaret), Dennis (Jo-Anne), Patrick Jr., late David (Irene) and late Rick and survived by his wife Cathy. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Amanda, Bradley, Dana, Josh, Daryl, Mackenzie, Jordyn, Connor, John, and the late infant Patricia. Great grandfather to Darcy, Dylan, Nina, Carter, Austen, Lily, David, Sydnee, Rory, Daxton, Eddie, Penny, and Jura. Dear brother to Beatrice (Leonard) Lalonde, Angele (Sabin) Charlebois, Emily Cote (Kevin Almond), Jacky Perrault (Stephen Grant), and Martin (Pamela) Dorion. Patrick is predeceased by his parents Herbert and Victoire, his sister Zita Maurice and his brother Lionel Dorion.
Patrick will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A memorial mass will take place on Wednesday, March 20th, 2024 starting at 2 p.m. at St. Ann’s Church. A celebration of life will be posted at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
