With broken hearts the family of Mary Dodd announce that she passed away peacefully at Georgian Bay General Hospital on October 12, 2023.
Predeceased by the only love of her life Les, in 1989. Mary was born in London, England, lived through the great depression and the Battle of Britain. She was a bride and in 1946 came to Canada. She and Les settled in Toronto initially but lived for many years in Aurora. They had one daughter, Kathy (Ken Banks), 2 granddaughters Dawn and Cheryl (David Weddell) and one beloved great grandson Andy Weddell.
In 2021 Mary happily moved into Kings Place where she thrived. Cremation has taken place. Her ashes will be interred at the Aurora Cemetery with Les.
