It is with deep sadness the Davidson family announce the peaceful passing of Earl at Georgian Bay General Hospital on July 7, 2023.
Loving husband to June (predeceased) and devoted father to his three daughters, Jill, Donna (Brad) and Wendy (Eric). An adored grandfather to Hilary (Cyle), Keith, Mark (Emily) and Lorraine and to great-grandchildren Kayden and Harper.
Earl was born in Terra Cotta but spent his formative years in Mt Albert and King City. After marrying his true love June, they raised their family in Maple. Many winters were spent in Florida and after retirement from his carpentry business, they relocated to their cottage on Gloucester Pool, ultimately moving into town, Midland.
Earls later years were full of activities at Bayfield, weather it was daily exercise classes, numerous kinds of entertainment, to weekly poker and billiard games, but absolutely nothing came before his wrestling shows. A hard working father and husband who took care of his family his entire life. Unselfish and giving, always there for us when we didn’t ask, genuine and caring of others. A witty sense of humour, always positive and chipper, never complaining, a joy to be around.
As per Earls wishes a private service will be held at a later date.
