Patricia (Pat) Clark passed away peacefully December 3rd at the Georgian Bay Hospital surrounded by her loving family at the age of 87.

Pat was born in Brantford Ontario and is predeceased by her parents Tom and Dorothy Payne, brothers Michael (Pat), Brian (Carmen), and survived by sister Elaine (Barry). Pat graduated from Catholic Central High school and St. Joe’s Hospital School of Nursing in London Ontario.

She was a beautiful, classy lady who devoted her life to caring for her husband Ron for 66 years and her children Catherine (Peter), Pamela (Michael), Mark (Shirley), and Michael (Valerie), grandchildren Ronnie (Juliana), Kristen, Michael, Patricia, Sean, Danielle, Ryan, Nikolas, and Emily, great grandchildren Sam and Margot. During her married life she lived in London, Edmonton, Montreal, Brampton, Erie PA, Raleigh NC, Braselton GA, Cramerton NC, and finally Tiny, Ontario. She travelled extensively with Ron to many countries in Europe, the Far East, as well as Japan and Australia. She was active in the Jaycette’s, Garden Clubs, Book Clubs, Ladies Hospital Auxiliaries and several social clubs and served as President of the Chateau Elan and Cramer Mountain Ladies Clubs.

A Memorial service will be held on Monday, December 18th at 2:00pm at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Penetanguishene followed by a reception.

We take comfort in the words of Buddha, “She has completed her voyage. She has gone before life’s sorrows. The fetters of life have fallen from her, and she is now in full freedom.”
