Passed away suddenly but peacefully on Wednesday March 6, 2024 at the Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland in his 87th year, of Waubaushene.
Loved sister of Marilyn Gouett (Peter) of Waubaushene. Will be missed by his many cousins and friends.
Lawrence retired from Lalonde Radiator Services, Midland with over 50 years of service. Lawrence enjoyed gardening, reading and his daily cat naps. He had great knowledge of the local history and was honoured to share it with anyone who asked.
Lawrence requested cremation and a graveside service will be held at St. John’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Waubaushene in the spring for family and friends and will be announced.
As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Lawrence may be made to the Georgian Bay General Hospital or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and may be made through the Coldwater Funeral Home, Coldwater.
