Fortin's OT winner leads Baie-Comeau Drakkar past Victoriaville Tigres 3-2

BAIE-COMEAU, Que. — Xavier Fortin knocked in the game-winning goal 46 seconds into overtime to lift the Baie-Comeau Drakkar past the Victoriaville Tigres 3-2 on Thursday.

Nathan Baril and Félix Gagnon also scored for Baie-Comeau (9-9-2-1). Olivier Adam made 34 saves.

Raphael Blouin and Eliott Simard replied for Victoriaville (12-6-1-2). Nathan Darveau stopped 32-of-35 shots.

Gagnon opened the scoring 6:07 into the first before the Tigres netted two unanswered goals to take the lead 8:29 into the second. 

In the third, Baril notched the game-tying goal at 13:53 to send it to overtime before Fortin sealed the win.
