Plan A is proud to announce their holiday season campaign, Santas for Seniors.
The campaign’s goal is to bring a little extra cheer to long-term care residents who may not have family visiting over the holidays or who are in need of a few personal items. The team at Plan A will collect residents’ wish lists and round up community members to help buy the items on their wish lists, ensuring all residents signed up for the program have a special holiday surprise.
As a long-term care staffing support, Plan A’s mission is to connect caring people through innovative technology and processes that create strong partnerships and a culture of quality care to keep our seniors safe. Plan A is proud to offer this holiday campaign to long-term care homes in the Nipissing, Muskoka, Simcoe, Grey, and Bruce regions, and hope the community of Barrie will join them in creating special memories for senior residents near and far this holiday season.

By volunteering as a Santa you will receive a personal wish list for one senior including their preferences, sizes, and desired item(s).
All gifts should be dropped off by Dec. 9 to the Sandbox office located above the bus station downtown Barrie at 24 Maple Ave., second floor.
