Adopt Me: Reed the independent rabbit (adopted)

He would need a nice large enclosure to play in, that is easy to clean
Reed

MidlandToday, in partnership with the SPCA Midland Animal Centre, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Reed

This handsome guy’s name is Reed, and he is a five-month-old American rabbit.

He has a lovely temperament and is a very independent little guy. He does like his chin cheek and forehead rubs too though.

American rabbits, like all rabbits, should have a nice large enclosure to play in, that is easy to clean. They like to have lots of toys, as well as a nice cozy hiding spot for when they want to be alone.

Just like a cat or dog, rabbits like to have play and snuggle time with their people, so make sure you have time to spend with him. He will grow to be around 10lbs of love, and would be such an amazing addition to a loving family.

Please email [email protected] to inquire about adopting him, and to help donate for his care, and that of all of the animals in need in our community, you can donate and participate in National Cupcake Day until Feb. 22! Just go to www.nationalcupcakeday.ca to register, or donate to the Midland Animal Centre.
