Surrounded by the love of his family, Harold Joseph Stanley Trotter passed away peacefully at the age of 80 on March 19, 2024 at Tomkins House in Penetanguishene, Ontario.

Harold is lovingly remembered by his wife of 44 years, Diane, and children Craig (Mary-Anne) and Stephanie (Mark). His love was abundant for his eight grandchildren, and recent great grandchild. He is survived by his brother Earl (Qiuling). Predeceased by his parents Earl and Cecile Trotter.

A dedicated and long-time employee of Briar Wood Chev Olds in Port Credit, he was well known in the community. He was a familiar face at swap meets across southern Ontario, both as a vendor and spectator, namely Burl’s Creek Automotive Flea Market in Barrie and Rodmaster’s Swap Meet in Ancaster.

A Celebration of Harold’s life will take place Sunday June 2, 2024 from 4-7pm at Smith's Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line, Burlington.

Words of Remembrance at 5pm.
