It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Diane Marie Thompson , on November 12, 2023 at the age of 71.
Wife and best friend of 51 years to Bruce Thompson. Loving Mother and protector to Leigh Ann Yates (Steve), and Bradley Thompson. Cherished Nana to Olivia, Mackenzie, Seth, Madden and Hadley.
She will be missed by many extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at Georgian Bay hospital, with special thanks to her nurses, Avery and Jessica. An incredible amount of gratitude goes to Dr Gannon for her special care and support.
A private family service is to be held at a later date.
