REPEAT OFFENDER PAROLE ENFORCEMENT SQUAD

TORONTO – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.
Kevin Magoffin is described as an Indigenous male, 37 years of age, 5'9" (175cm), 177 lbs (80kgs) with brown hair and blue eyes.
He is currently serving a four-year and six-month sentence for 13 counts of robbery, two counts of assault with intent to commit robbery and three counts of assault and theft under.
The offender is known to frequent the Barrie, Wasaga Beach, Ottawa and Toronto areas.
