According to the OPP - Central Region on Facebook, she has been located safely.

A 39-year-old woman is missing from the Midland area and police would like to confirm her well being.
On the afternoon of Feb. 23, members of the Southern Georgian Bay detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were contacted by the woman's friends to report her missing with concerns for her safety.
Shelby Savage was last seen in the area of King Street and Dominion Avenue in Midland around 5 p.m. on Feb. 22. She may have left the area in a taxi cab.
The female is described as 39, wearing a black long coat, brown long hair, brown eyes.
