Disturbance call leads to charges for Etobicoke man in Penetanguishene

He faces three counts of fail to comply with recognizance

PENETANGUISHENE - Members of the Southern Georgian Bay detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched at 12:15 a.m. on March 29, 2020 to a report of a disturbance at a Fox Street residence in the Town of Penetanguishene.

Attending OPP officers quelled the disturbance upon arrival and further investigation lead to officers arresting Sean Spiering 33 years of Etobicoke,Ontario at the residence for the following offences.

  • Fail to comply with recognizance (three counts)

Contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on a future date.
