Billy passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, July 3, 2022, in his 58th year. Loving husband of Margaret White. Caring father to Justin and Shawn White and step-dad to Everett, Josh, Christopher, Kyle, and Lawrence. Brother to Tom (Lisa), Janet, Susan, Randy (Amanda), and Lori. Predeceased by his parents, Carolyn (Lawrence White) and Tom Powell Sr.
He will be dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, friends, and his boss Ted Marsden. Visitation will be held at Christian Island United Church on Friday, July 8 at noon until Saturday, July 9th at 3 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alcoholic's Anonymous Awareness. A special thank you to the Anishinabek Police service, first responders, and OPP.
