Passed away peacefully at Georgian Bay Hospital on September 23, 2021 at the age of 80 years. Beloved wife of the late Roger Adams. Loving mother of John Andrew Adams (Janine). Cherished grandmother of Emily Jeanette Adams. Also remembered by her dog Mr. Oz. Predeceased by her parents Hermas and Beatrice Picotte. Jeanette graduated business college in Toronto becoming a secretary for Underwriters Insurance, the Kent County Board of Education and finally with St. Marie Among the Hurons and the Navel Establishment. Jeanette was an accomplished musician, attaining her conservatories on piano, as well as an avid writer. She enjoyed travelling the world in her retirement. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Georgian Bay Hospital North Wing and Shannel at Hillcrest Village for their compassionate care. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
