GEORGIAN BAY CANCER SUPPORT CENTRE

The Georgian Bay Cancer Support Centre (GBCSC) in Penetanguishene will be all decked out for its second annual Hope for the Holidays Winter Market on November 25. The event, happening between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., will again feature local artisans and vendors selling handmade goods, holidays gifts, and stocking stuffers. Kids will also have a chance to visit with Santa and get a photo of the special moment.
Several items will be available from crafters and artisans who are also GBCSC members. One-of-a-kind seasonal greeting cards will be available for sale made by the Centre’s popular Card Making program (which happens weekly). The Fibre Crafts bi-weekly group will also have a variety of items for sale. All proceeds from sales of member-made items help support GBCSC programs.
Along with having a chance to visit with Santa and get a keepsake photo, everyone can enjoy some festive treats and beverages by donation.
