C’mon, Midland: do the right thing! Ditch the pay-for-parking silliness now.
Consumers park for free in numerous lots at shopping malls across town, meaning it’s a liability to have a business downtown. Let’s help our shopkeepers, not hurt their chances to compete with “big box” retailers.
Muskoka got rid of paid parking some time ago and they’re flourishing.
