Kiara Parsons, her mother Stephanie Hibberd and the male voice heard on the video apparently fail to realize that they were part of the problem here.

Their annoying squawking at the police had to be most distracting for the police, who were trying to get the man into the cruiser. I suspect their comments helped to encourage the man to continue resisting police efforts to actually help him.

Parsons and Hibberd and the unknown male said they didn't know the man, but clearly their interference slowed down the arrest.

It seems to have become fashionable to be critical of the police and Parsons and Hibberd and the unknown male seem to have jumped on the bandwagon, looking for their 3 minutes and 23 seconds of fame.

They should have been charged with obstruction of these police officers who were trying to do their duty. I wonder if they would be this confrontational if they had been the ones who summoned the police.
