I would like to propose a Floating Casino in Little Lake Park since there would be no environmental study required.

Also, since council has set a precedent in allowing commercial operators into the park, I would like to propose we add a thousand parking spots for the foreseen benefits of adding my casino, which, according to the town's reasoning, should have "no environmental impact ..beyond increasing the swimmers ( and gamblers, in this case ) using the lake."

The word 'reasonable' is bandied around, forgetting that the root is reason...which seems to be entirely absent in this case.

By the way, I am hoping to have this proposal put forward at the next council meeting as the economic benefit should

outweigh all other considerations. It is such an exciting proposal!
