NEWS RELEASE
GEORGIAN BAY GENERAL HOSPITAL
*************************
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Georgian Bay General Hospital’s (GBGH) dedicated volunteer force could no longer help inside the hospital. Given their generous commitment to GBGH, they decided to help outside the building. Over the weekend of June 27, a handful of volunteers found a creative way to work around these restrictions.

The volunteers beautified the GBGH grounds by re-planting the flower beds outside the Midland site and also offered to maintain them throughout the summer. GBGH is grateful for the ongoing support of its volunteers and commends them for finding creative ways to help even when they aren’t in the building.

Thank you to Karen Roberts, Ernie Roberts, Rose Totino and Brenda McGillvary for all their efforts.
