Adopt Me: Opal really is a gem

She is deaf, so she can be easily startled and reactive
Opal

MidlandToday, in partnership with the SPCA Midland Animal Centre, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Opal

Opal is a stunning long-hair white cat with blue eyes, and like many cats with this colouring, she is deaf. Because of this, she can be easily startled and reactive.

She can also tend toward overstimulation when you are petting her, so she is looking for a low-key home where she is the only kitty, adults only and someone who is prepared to do some research on living with a deaf cat.

Opal really is a wonderful girl and will absolutely thrive in the right household.

Would you like to add this beautiful two-year-old girl to your home? If so please contact the centre at [email protected] today.
